A former financial services executive who built and sold multiple companies, JM has spent his career helping leaders create clarity, alignment, and high performing cultures that drive lasting results. Our readers would love to “get to know you” a bit better. Can you tell us a bit about your ‘Origin Story’ and how you got started? My career began in financial services where I spent years building teams and helping organizations grow. Over time I noticed something interesting. Most companies were not struggling because of strategy.
They were struggling because of leadership clarity, alignment, and culture. That realization pushed me toward leadership development and executive coaching. I discovered that one of my greatest strengths is helping leaders simplify what actually matters. When people gain clarity about why their company exists, align around how they behave as a team, and focus on what truly drives results, everything accelerates. Eventually that work evolved into Let’s Go Win. The mission is simple. Most people want the same three things in life.
