The Staircase to Adulting: bridging the education gap
The collaboration between Citizens Advice and Loqbox to create a public artwork installation highlights the importance of experiential branding in engaging with audiences. This strategy emphasizes the need for brands to create meaningful interactions that resonate with their target demographics, particularly in bridging gaps in education and awareness.
Design Week: Created in collaboration with visual and graphic artist Alicia Woolley, the installation was developed by the in‑house teams at Citizens Advice and Loqbox, with support from Munch PR. A one‑day public artwork at the Museum of Liverpool, the walkable installation will be available to visit on Saturday, 18th April 2026.
The collaboration showcases a unique approach to experiential branding that could influence how brands engage with social issues, making it significant and relevant for brand strategy professionals.
