Thank you so much for joining us in this interview series!

Before we dive into the main focus of our interview, our readers would love to “get to know you” a bit better. Can you tell us a bit about your childhood backstory? Thank you so much for having me here. Hello Everyone, My name is Sam Pattisapu. I’m an author, entrepreneur and more. Since my childhood, I have had the passion for learning from others. My grandmother was a poet, and she used to write a lot of songs and poems. And from there, I slowly transitioned into becoming a songwriter, and I wrote a few songs which went viral. And after that, you know, I had this passion of putting my thoughts into words, and words into creating a book.

And that’s how my writing journey started. When you were younger, was there a book that you read that inspired you to take action or changed your life? Can you share a story about that? Yes, the book that really caught my attention and I started reading was… There are two books. One is The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, and also the second book is Rich Dad Poor Dad. Because one book taught me the detachment on materials and being spiritual and the other taught me how I could survive my life and manage my finances. I used to read a lot of Harry Potter as well, that’s where my fantasy side sparked. I read different types of genres.

I just love reading and writing. It just calms me down. It has been said that our mistakes can be our greatest teachers. Can you share a story about the funniest mistake you made when you were first starting? Can you tell us what lesson you learned from that? So, the funniest lesson that I ever made was putting my thoughts directly without any framework. When I wrote my first novel, I had no clue about novel structure and hook lines etc. My novel story had no structure.

I have just learned by making mistakes and things just got better with time and it all took one of my novels to go viral and become a bestseller for my confidence to boost and here I am. And finally, I wrote my personal story where I thought of writing a psychological thriller or a novel, but in a lot of characters, you know, I’ve seen myself and like, I kind of got involved. So, I had to erase the entire thing and start writing a new book for, you know, something more different. Can you describe how you aim to make a significant social impact with your book? I would say that my book mostly helps people to just relax and lay back.
