Thank you so much for joining us in this interview series! Before diving in, our readers would love to learn more about you. Can you tell us a little about yourself? I’m a seasoned IT professional with more than 25 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise programs and complex initiatives. My focus has always been on execution.
I’ve spent my career leading programs across platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and cloud environments, working with distributed teams and navigating both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. I work closely with senior leaders to bring structure to large, complex programs, align teams, and ensure that critical initiatives move forward without unnecessary friction. I also spend a significant amount of time coaching leaders and teams on how to execute more effectively. I take pride in being someone leaders can rely on when the stakes are high.
