Can you tell us a bit about your ‘Origin Story’ and how you got started? My path began with a strong interest in connecting strategy with practical execution. Growing up in Bolivia, I saw how gaps in infrastructure and resources limited opportunity for communities. Those experiences inspired me to build solutions that solve real problems and improve how organizations operate. After completing my studies in Bolivia, I moved to California to start my career in technology.
Over the next decade, I worked in IT consulting across public and private sectors and launched several startups, learning the value of solutions that are both technically sound and people-centered. I became an entrepreneur to help organizations modernize outdated systems while keeping mission outcomes and people at the center. I wanted to develop a company that helped organizations rethink how they solve problems, execute initiatives, and achieve measurable results. Today, iTech AG has modernized operations for more than 40 federal agencies.
